Each retainer includes priority scheduling and flexible store support. A store backup is taken before any changes are made. Unused hours do not roll over. You'll receive a mid-month check-in and an end-of-month summary.

Is my card charged right away?

No. Payment is authorized at checkout and finalized only after the service agreement is signed.

Can I book you for a one-time task?

Yes. Choose the Hourly option at $65/hr.

Will you back up my store before making changes?

Always. A backup is taken before any work begins.

Will we review the scope before you start?

Yes. We agree on exactly what's being done before I begin.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Hours reset each month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my retainer?

Yes, with 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
