After purchase you'll receive a short intake form asking for collaborator access. View-only is fine for the audit.

What's the difference between Standard and Deep-Dive?

The Standard covers your core store experience — homepage, product pages, checkout, and apps. The Deep-Dive adds an admin settings review, automation check, SEO basics, and a 30-minute Loom video walkthrough of all findings.
