How do I get started?
The best first step is booking a free 20-minute discovery call. We'll chat about what you need, how I work, and whether we're a good fit. If you already know what you want, you're welcome to skip the call and head straight to my intake form.

Do I need to book a call before purchasing?
Not at all. You're welcome to purchase any service directly from the shop. For retainer packages, I recommend a quick call first so we can make sure the scope and hours are right for you. For the Store Audit, you can purchase straight away — I'll be in touch with next steps within 24 hours.

What happens after I purchase?
Retainer and hourly services: Your card is authorized at checkout but not charged until you've signed a simple service agreement. I'll follow up within 24 hours to get things moving.
Store Audit: Payment is collected upfront. You'll receive a short intake form asking for collaborator access to your Shopify store. Your audit is delivered within 5 business days of receiving access.

Do you work with clients outside of Canada?
Yes. I work remotely with clients across Canada and the US. Everything is async-friendly, so time zones are rarely an issue.

What are your response times?
You can expect a reply within 24 hours on business days. Retainer clients get priority scheduling and a communication rhythm we agree on at the start of our engagement.

What's the difference between the Standard and Deep-Dive Store Audit?
Standard Audit ($147): Homepage and navigation, product pages, collection pages, checkout flow, app setup, and a prioritized quick-win list. Delivered as a written PDF or Notion doc.
Deep-Dive Audit ($247): Everything in the Standard, plus a review of your Shopify admin settings, email and Flow automations, SEO basics, a 30-minute Loom video walkthrough of all findings, and a 15-minute follow-up call.

Do you do custom coding or Liquid edits?
No. All of my Shopify work is no-code — using Shopify's built-in editor, sections, blocks, and native tools. If you need custom development work, I'm happy to point you toward a trusted resource.

Can you contact Shopify Support on my behalf?
Yes — and this is one of the things I do best. As a former Shopify Support Advisor, I know how to navigate support and get issues resolved efficiently. Shopify Support liaison is included as part of the Shopify Operations Package.

Can you manage my social media?
Not currently. My focus is on operations, admin, and Shopify — the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your business running. Social media management isn't part of my current service offering.

Do you do bookkeeping or financial work?
No. I don't offer QuickBooks, financial reconciliation, or accounting services of any kind.

How do retainers work?
Retainers are monthly packages of dedicated hours. You choose 8, 12, or 16 hours per month and we use that time for whatever's most useful — store updates, admin tasks, project work, or a mix. At the start of each month we'll align on priorities. You'll get a mid-month check-in and an end-of-month summary of hours used.

Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours reset at the start of each new billing month. I'll flag mid-month if you're running low so we can prioritize accordingly.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my retainer?
Yes, with 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

What is the Lifestyle Liaison add-on?
For an additional $75/month, you can use a portion of your retainer hours for personal life admin — booking appointments, calling service providers on your behalf, organizing digital files, building a custom planner in Notion or Canva, and more. Available on any retainer tier.

Can I book hourly without a retainer?
Yes. Hourly bookings are available for both services — $65/hr for Shopify Operations and $40/hr for Admin & Systems Support. Great for one-time tasks or smaller projects.

Is there a service agreement?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a simple service agreement outlining scope, rate, timeline, and expectations. It protects both of us and makes sure we're aligned before I start.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

Do you offer refunds?
Store Audit: Full refund available if work hasn't begun. Once the audit has been delivered, refunds are not offered.
Retainer and hourly: Unused hours within the current billing period may be refunded at my discretion. I'm always open to a conversation if something isn't working for you.
