Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Ask for Asia. Because my services are delivered digitally and/or through booked time, I do not offer traditional returns. However, I want you to feel confident and supported when working with me, so I’ve outlined my refund and cancellation policy below:

🌿 Services

  • Hourly Services & One‑Time Tasks: All sales are final once work has begun. If you cancel before I’ve started, I’m happy to issue a full refund.

  • Retainer Packages: Retainer hours are billed upfront each month to reserve your time. Unused hours do not roll over. Refunds are not available once the retainer period has started.

  • Add‑Ons (e.g. Lifestyle Liaison): Non‑refundable once work on the add‑on has begun.

📅 Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are always free and do not require payment. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

💻 Technical Issues

If there is a technical problem on my end that prevents me from delivering the service you purchased, I will provide a full refund or reschedule at no cost to you.

Because my work is service‑based and time‑sensitive, I cannot offer refunds once a project or retainer has begun. I appreciate your understanding and commitment to making our time together productive.
