Hi, I’m Taysia, the face behind Ask for Asia 

The name Ask for Asia comes from my years in customer support, where “Asia” was the alias I used while helping clients worldwide. Over time, “Ask for Asia” became a symbol of trust, reliability, and the kind of calm, professional support people knew they could count on.

I’ve always had a passion for creating order out of chaos and helping others thrive. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and businesses, I’ve built a career around turning big goals into organized, actionable steps.

Before launching Ask for Asia, I worked in customer success and onboarding roles, including time at Shopify, where I guided entrepreneurs in building and scaling their online stores. I’ve also had the privilege of presenting at industry events and working directly with founders to improve client experiences.

Most recently, I’ve been working at a fast-growing startup, where I designed and implemented a scalable CRM system using Airtable. This system syncs seamlessly with email, Slack, and Google Sheets, helping the team track onboarding, client success, and retention all while making communication smoother and more efficient.

Now, through Ask for Asia, I bring that same level of care and organization to small business owners, solopreneurs, and Shopify merchants. My goal is simple:
