Welcome to Ask for Asia! By using this website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Ask for Asia provides Shopify support, customer success management, and administrative services as described on this site. Services do not include custom coding or tax setup.
2. Payments
All services must be paid in full through Shopify at the time of booking. Retainer packages are billed upfront each month. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will always be honored at the rate you purchased.
3. Scheduling & Availability
Services are primarily available weekday evenings and weekends. Discovery calls must be scheduled in advance. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled calls on time.
4. Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a call or task. Refunds are not available once work has begun, per the Refund & Return Policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely communication, and any necessary access or materials to complete agreed‑upon work.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ask for Asia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of services.
7. Policy Updates
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
