Retainers offer consistent, reliable support at a reduced hourly rate. You'll receive a mid-month check-in and an end-of-month summary of hours used. Unused hours do not roll over.
Lifestyle Liason Add-On

Add $75/mo to any retainer to use a portion of your hours for personal life admin:

  • Booking personal appointments
  • Calling customer support lines on your behalf
  • Researching home or life services
  • Organizing digital files
  • Building a custom planner in Notion, Aritable, Loveable or Canva
Out of Scope

Is my card charged right away?

No. Payment is authorized at checkout and finalized only after the service agreement is signed.

Can I combine business and personal admin?

Yes, with the Lifestyle Liaison Add-On.

Do you offer Notion or Airtable system setup?

Yes — this is a specialty of mine. I've built full CRM systems in Airtable that sync with email, Slack, and Google Sheets.

Can you manage my calendar and scheduling?

Yes, both personal and professional.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Hours reset each month.
